Days 55-57: Missed Workouts 6 and 7 :(

I am not going to spend a lot of time on this post. The basics are that I went to Mom and Dad's for the weekend, missed Saturday's workout due to the fact that we left as soon as we got up and were non-stop all day, had a wonderful rest day on Sunday, then didn't get back until 8:30 last night hence missing another workout.

Today I will be back on track!
